Dole Food Company (NYSE: DOLE) reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.63 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.68 billion.
The company is working with financial advisors to assist the Board of Directors and management in reviewing strategic alternatives and in evaluating prospects and options pertaining to select businesses of the company.
