Public Storage (PSA) Tops Q4 FFO by 7c, Raises Dividend 16%

Public Storage (NYSE: PSA) reported Q4 AFFO of $1.66, $0.07 better than the analyst estimate of $1.59. Revenue for the quarter came in at $382.26 million versus the consensus estimate of $400.98 million.
Board of Trustees declared a regular common dividend of $1.10 per common share which is an increase of $0.15 per share, or 16%, over the previous quarter’s distribution. The Board also declared dividends with respect to our various series of preferred shares. All the dividends are payable on March 29, 2012, to shareholders of record as of March 14, 2012.
