Methanex Corp. (MEOH) Reports Q1 EPS of $0.37, Raises Dividend 10% to $0.17

Methanex Corp. (NASDAQ: MEOH) reported Q1 EPS of $0.37, $0.14 better than the analyst estimate of $0.23.
Methanex also announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 10 percent increase to its quarterly dividend to shareholders, from $0.155 to $0.17 per share. The increased dividend will apply commencing with the dividend payable on June 30, 2011 to holders of common shares of record on June 16, 2011. The ex-dividend date is June 14 and the yield is 2%.
