Forum Edge AI LLC, a joint venture between Forum Markets, Incorporated (Nasdaq: FRMM) and Edge Node Inc., has signed a 36-month agreement with AI inference platform Fireworks for Nvidia B300 GPU capacity at a data center in Dallas, Texas, according to a company press release.
The contract carries a total value of approximately $94.4 million, covering GPU capacity and associated CPU management node fees over the term. Fireworks has provided a prepayment deposit to be credited against fees due during the contract period.
The GPUs are expected to be deployed at the Dallas facility in late December or early January. The site already holds existing permits, power access, and physical infrastructure.
The agreement represents Forum Edge's first contracted customer commitment. Hosted AI, Inc. facilitated the relationship between the two parties through its AI commercialization platform.
Fireworks, which provides inference, training, and routing services for enterprise generative AI applications, was most recently valued at approximately $17.5 billion. Its backers include Nvidia, Atreides Management, Index Ventures, and TCV.
"This agreement is an important proof point for our AI infrastructure strategy," said McAndrew Rudisill, chairman and chief executive officer of Forum Markets. "This is the first finalized contract Forum Edge is executing against and the first of several exciting partnerships we expect to deploy into our unique footprint."
