Bitmine reports 6.05M ETH holdings, $15B total assets

Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) reported holdings of 6,051,933 Ether tokens as of Oct. 25, 2026, representing 4.95% of the total ETH supply of 122.2 million tokens, according to a company press release.

At $2,356 per ETH, based on Coinbase (NASDAQ: COIN) pricing, the company's combined crypto holdings, cash, marketable securities, and other investments total $15 billion. The company also holds 215 Bitcoin, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $76 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS). Total cash and marketable securities stand at $514 million.

Bitmine reported that 5,227,037 of its ETH tokens are staked, valued at approximately $12.3 billion. The company said annualized staking revenues based on currently staked ETH are approximately $318 million, with a projected figure of $368 million if all holdings are fully staked through its MAVAN institutional staking platform.

The company repurchased 2.04 million shares in the past week at an average price of $22.48. In 2026, Bitmine has repurchased a cumulative 22.9 million shares at an average price of $17.48, totaling $399.6 million. The company also acquired 10,452 ETH in the past week.

"Bitmine executed equity buybacks in the past week, acquiring 2.04 million shares, repurchased at an average price of $22.48. When management believes Bitmine shares are relatively undervalued, the Company intends to accretively repurchase shares, subject to market conditions and under the existing repurchase authorization," said Thomas Lee, Chairman of Bitmine.

Bitmine was added to the Russell 1000 Large-cap index on June 26, 2026. The company's Series A Preferred Stock trades on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP.
