TechnipFMC (NYSE: FTI) has been awarded a subsea contract by Petrobras valued between $75 million and $250 million to supply flexible pipe systems for offshore developments in Brazil, according to a press release.
The contract, won through a competitive bidding process, calls for TechnipFMC to design, engineer, and manufacture flexible flowlines for use across multiple pre-salt fields offshore Brazil. The company said the project will draw on local engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain capabilities.
The award was recorded in TechnipFMC's inbound orders for the third quarter of 2026.
Jonathan Landes, President of Subsea at TechnipFMC, said: "This award highlights the confidence Petrobras continues to place in TechnipFMC's execution capabilities. Our industry-leading flexible solutions and ongoing industrialization efforts enable us to deliver greater efficiency, consistency, and predictability as we support Petrobras' offshore developments and help ensure project timing and performance."
