TOUS les JOURS and Oatly Launch Gochujang Caramel Latte Nationwide

The limited-time beverage brings sweet-and-spicy Korean flavor to coffee, available October 1 through November 30 at participating bakery cafés

NEW YORK, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- TOUS les JOURS, the Korean bakery café brand blending French baking techniques with Korean flavors, is partnering with Oatly to launch the Gochujang Caramel Latte. Available October 1 through November 30 at participating bakery cafés nationwide, the limited-time beverage brings a sweet-and-spicy twist to the fall coffee menu.

Served hot or iced, the Gochujang Caramel Latte combines espresso and creamy Oatly Barista Edition with sweet-and-spicy gochujang caramel syrup, vanilla oat cold foam, and Lotus Biscoff cookie crumbles. Gochujang, a fermented Korean chili paste, gives the caramel an unexpected spicy dimension.

The beverage builds on the original iced Gochujang Latte created by Oatly with Brooklyn-based Korean-American artist, DJ, and producer Yaeji for Café Yaeji, a New York pop-up celebrating Korean café culture through music, art, and coffee. TOUS les JOURS has adapted the concept for its bakery cafés with a caramel-forward interpretation, bringing the experience to guests nationwide.
