Teladoc Health names new chief legal officer after 11-year tenure

Teladoc Health, Inc. (NYSE: TDOC) announced that Adam Vandervoort, its Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, will resign effective November 1, 2026, after 11 years with the company.



Jonathan Dorfman, currently Senior Vice President of Securities and Corporate Law, will be promoted to Chief Legal Officer and Secretary effective November 2, 2026.



Dorfman joined Teladoc Health in 2020 through the company's acquisition of Livongo, where he led SEC compliance and corporate governance. At Teladoc Health, he has held roles covering SEC reporting and disclosure, corporate governance, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Livongo, he worked as an in-house lawyer at USG Corporation and as an attorney at Sidley Austin LLP.



Dorfman holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business.



Chuck Divita, Chief Executive Officer of Teladoc Health, said in a statement that Vandervoort "has been a trusted partner to Teladoc Health's leadership team" and credited him with guiding the company through its initial public offering and the expansion of virtual care during the pandemic.



Dorfman said he is "honored to take on this role" and expressed gratitude to Vandervoort for the foundation he established.
