Jaguar Uranium reports rare earth finds at Colombia project

September 24, 2026 6:55 AM EDT

Jaguar Uranium Corp. (NYSE American: JAGU) released assay results from a historical drill-core resampling program at its Berlin Uranium–Rare Earth Project in the Department of Caldas, Colombia, according to a company press release.

Selected intervals from the program returned rare earth element concentrations of up to 3,570 parts per million Total Rare Earth Oxides (TREO) and 607 ppm Magnet Rare Earth Oxides (MREO), which include neodymium, praseodymium, terbium and dysprosium. The mineralization occurs alongside uranium, vanadium and phosphate.

Key intervals reported include:

• DDB-041: 0.63 meters grading 3,570 ppm TREO and 607 ppm MREO
• DDB-068: 0.50 meters grading 2,532 ppm TREO and 414 ppm MREO
• DDB-003: 1.53 meters grading 2,267 ppm TREO and 329 ppm MREO
• DDB-015: 1.00 meter grading 2,176 ppm TREO and 349 ppm MREO

The company stated that these results are exploration results only and do not represent a mineral resource or mineral reserve. Economic viability has not been established. The tested core was drilled between 2010 and 2012, and true widths of the reported intervals have not been determined.

The company said it plans to evaluate whether the rare earth oxide results warrant incorporation into future geological modeling and mineral resource work, which would require additional drilling and technical studies.

The announcement follows the September 8, 2026, establishment of the Barranquilla Accords, a U.S.-Colombia framework addressing cooperation on critical minerals, rare earth elements and civil nuclear energy. CEO Steven Gold noted in the press release that the project's multi-commodity profile aligns with that agreement.

Sample preparation was performed at SGS Colombia S.A.S. in Medellín and chemical analysis at SGS Callao in Peru. The qualified person for the program is Andrés Cáceres, an AIPG Certified Professional Geologist.
