Treace Medical Concepts, Inc. (NASDAQ: TMCI) presented results from three clinical studies at the American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society Annual Meeting in Seattle, Washington, according to a company press release.

The ALIGN3D five-year Lapiplasty study, presented by Daniel Farber, MD, of Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute, included final analysis of 137 of 173 enrolled patients. The data showed an average return to weight bearing in a walking boot at 8.4 days, a radiographic recurrence rate of 0.8% using HVA greater than 20 degrees at five years, and clinically significant reductions in patient-reported outcome scores through five years.

The MTA3D Adductoplasty two-year interim study, presented by Mark Easley, MD, of Duke University, covered patients undergoing both the Adductoplasty and Lapiplasty procedures. Interim analysis included 59 of 66 patients with at least one year of follow-up and 35 of 66 with two years. Results showed an average return to weight bearing at 7.6 days, maintained radiographic correction of midfoot and bunion deformity through 24 months, and clinically significant reductions in pain scores.

The SPRINT SpeedPlate observational study, presented by Jody McAleer, DPM, of Jefferson City Medical Group, included final analysis of 89 of 91 patients following joint arthrodesis. The one-year multicenter study showed clinical and radiographic healing in 96.6% of patients at 12 months, an average return to weight bearing at 9.0 days, and maintained radiographic correction through 12 months in patients with hallux valgus.

The ALIGN3D study enrolled 173 patients aged 14 to 58 years across seven U.S. clinical sites. The MTA3D study treated up to 66 patients aged 14 and older at seven U.S. sites. The SPRINT study included 91 patients aged 14 and older at five U.S. sites.
