DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) and Swiss autonomous vehicle software developer LOXO announced a strategic partnership to scale Level 4 autonomous commercial vehicle deployments for middle- and last-mile logistics operations, according to a press release dated Sept. 17, 2026.
The partnership combines LOXO's autonomous driving platform, called LOXO Digital Driver, with DXC Engineering's systems integration, data, and AI capabilities. The companies said the collaboration is aimed at moving autonomous logistics beyond pilot programs and into enterprise-scale operations.
LOXO claims to be the first company in Europe to receive approval for Level 4 driverless logistics operations on public roads. Its platform is designed for defined point-to-point routes between warehouses, hubs, and distribution facilities.
DXC said it currently supports more than 50 million vehicles through its technology services. Under the agreement, DXC Engineering will work to integrate LOXO's platform with back-end systems, fleet orchestration tools, and operational workflows required for enterprise deployment.
"Autonomous driving technology is on the road today; the next challenge is scaling it across enterprise operations," said Karim Jeribi, Europe General Manager of Consulting and Engineering Services at DXC Technology.
Amin Amini, CEO and Co-Founder of LOXO, said regulatory frameworks for autonomous driving are taking shape across Europe, adding that "DXC brings the engineering depth and enterprise delivery capabilities that complement our autonomous driving technology."
The two companies said they aim to develop a repeatable deployment model targeting logistics providers, fleet operators, and vehicle manufacturers, with an initial focus on European markets.
