AtlasClear Holdings, Inc. (NYSE American: ATCH) announced the execution of its sixth correspondent broker-dealer agreement through its wholly owned clearing subsidiary, AtlasClearing, Inc., formerly known as Wilson-Davis & Co., Inc.
The agreement follows a fifth correspondent deal announced in April. According to the company, infrastructure work from earlier integrations has shortened onboarding timelines and expanded the platform's capacity to clear for multiple correspondents at the same time.
AtlasClear said it has added operations staff to support current activity and near-term pipeline development. The company also added senior leaders previously employed at Robinhood and Axos to its executive team, and hired a compliance professional formerly with Morgan Stanley to strengthen its anti-money laundering program.
"Each agreement adds revenue potential on a cost base that is already largely in place, and six signed agreements tell us there is continued demand from firms looking for a clearing partner sized to the way they actually operate," said John Schaible, Executive Chairman of AtlasClear Holdings.
"The infrastructure work behind the platform was done with exactly this in mind, and the operations team we have added gives us the capacity to take it on," said Craig Ridenhour, President of AtlasClear Holdings.
The company said it expects to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2026 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on a timely basis.
