H World Group plans CNY-denominated bond offering outside the U.S.

H World Group Limited (NASDAQ: HTHT) announced a proposed offering of Chinese yuan-denominated bonds in offshore transactions outside the United States, according to a press release from the company.
The bonds will be offered to non-U.S. persons under Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933. The principal amount, interest rates, maturity dates, and other terms will be set at the time of pricing. The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
The bonds will not be registered under the Securities Act or any state securities laws and may not be offered or sold in the United States or to U.S. persons, except under an applicable exemption.
The company noted there is no assurance the offering will be completed, as it remains subject to market conditions and other factors.
As of June 30, 2026, H World operated 13,539 hotels with 1,335,445 rooms across 21 countries.
