Eightco Holdings reports $380M in total treasury holdings

Eightco Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ORBS) disclosed total holdings of approximately $380 million as of September 2, 2026, according to a press release from the Easton, Pa.-based company.

The portfolio includes a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through special purpose vehicles, an $18 million equity stake in Beast Industries, $1 million in Mythical Games, approximately 301.97 million Worldcoin (WLD) tokens valued at $0.37 per token, 16,278 Ethereum (ETH), and approximately $122 million in cash and stablecoins.

Eightco said it holds approximately 8.3% of WLD's circulating supply, which it described as the largest publicly disclosed institutional position in the token globally. WLD represents approximately 29% of the company's treasury assets, while the OpenAI position represents 24% and Beast Industries represents 5%.

The company also reported repurchasing more than 25 million shares of common stock over the past month under its previously announced $125 million share repurchase program.

Eightco previously participated in World Foundation's $52.5 million funding round, which was led by Pantera Capital with participation from Bain Capital Crypto, Selini Capital, Susquehanna Crypto, and other investors.

Board member Tom Lee stated: "Eightco executed additional share buybacks as the Company has judged that accretively acquiring shares is a high return use of capital."

Beast Industries operates a creator network anchored by MrBeast, who holds the largest subscriber count on YouTube. The OpenAI investment is held indirectly through special purpose vehicles and provides exposure to equity interests in OpenAI's parent company.
