Aurora Mobile displays AI products at Tokyo expo

Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) participated in AI Expo Summer 2026, organized by AIsmiley and held at Shinjuku Sumitomo Building Triangle Plaza in Tokyo, where the company demonstrated its AI product portfolio at Booth D-3.

The company presented three platforms: EngageLab, a customer engagement platform; GPTBots.ai, an enterprise AI agent platform; and Modellix.ai, a platform for AI media generation. Demonstrations focused on customer support automation, workflow integration, and visual content production.

According to the company, visitors from financial services inquired about call-center automation, while utilities sector teams explored AI-assisted chatbot deployment. IT services firms showed interest in workflow design within EngageLab and GPTBots.ai, and transport and tourism visitors focused on customer response use cases.

Akio Mitobe, CTO of Aurora Mobile Japan K.K., said in a statement: "What enterprises really need is not just another AI tool, but a practical starting point for real business implementation. Many start with AI customer service and customer engagement, then build on the same foundation to gradually expand into broader workflow automation and visual content production."
