Systech launches TraceIQ pharma traceability platform with AI tools

Systech, a subsidiary of Markem-Imaje and Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), announced the launch of TraceIQ, an enterprise traceability platform for pharmaceutical supply chains, according to a company press release dated Sept. 2, 2026.

TraceIQ combines serialization compliance capabilities with AI-assisted analytics intended to help pharmaceutical companies identify supply chain issues, investigate exceptions, and act on traceability data. The platform is designed to be deployed across biopharmaceutical companies, global manufacturers, and contract organizations.

The product is built around three stated functions: identifying data errors before they affect production, resolving supply chain exceptions using centralized data and AI-assisted investigation, and providing analytics tools to support operational decisions.

"Serialization created unprecedented visibility into pharmaceutical supply chains, but visibility alone does not solve operational issues," said Sreedhar Patnala, General Manager at Systech. "Organizations need to quickly understand what happened, why it happened and what action to take next."

Systech said TraceIQ is already in production with customers. The platform was demonstrated at the Healthcare Distribution Alliance Traceability Seminar in Washington, D.C., from Aug. 31 to Sept. 2, 2026.
