Stellantis names new communications and public policy chiefs

Stellantis (NYSE: STLA) announced two senior leadership appointments effective September 1, adding new heads for communications and public policy at the automaker.

Stephanie Hartgrove has been appointed Chief Communications Officer, reporting to CEO Antonio Filosa and joining the Stellantis Leadership Team. Hartgrove brings more than 20 years of communications experience, most recently serving as global vice president of MedTech communications and public affairs at Johnson & Johnson. She previously held senior roles at Baker Hughes and GE, and began her career as a journalist at CNN and Al Jazeera.

Clara Ingen-Housz has been named Head of Public Policy & Regulatory Strategy, International Trade, also reporting directly to Filosa. The role is described as newly defined and will involve developing the company's public policy, regulatory, and trade strategy, as well as supporting the CEO in institutional engagements. She will also develop international trade law capability within the General Counsel's office. Ingen-Housz previously led Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications at Stellantis for 19 months.

"I also want to congratulate Clara on her leadership of Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications over the past 19 months and thank her for taking on this important new responsibility."

Stellantis shares also trade on Euronext Milan (STLAM) and Euronext Paris (STLAP).
