Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU) said its Luxe FireSuite premium seating units are averaging more than 80% sold across three venues still under development, according to a company press release.
The three venues and their respective sales figures are:
Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma (Tulsa market): more than 70% sold. Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney, Texas (Dallas market): more than 90% sold. The Hall at Centennial in Centennial, Colorado (Denver market): more than 75% sold.
Since the program's inception, Luxe FireSuite sales have generated over $290 million in total revenue for the company. The suites are fractional-ownership units centered around fire pits and are designed to accommodate four to 10 guests.
"These numbers tell a clear story about the demand we're seeing for our FireSuites," said J.W. Roth, Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Venu. "To see this level of commitment before doors even open speaks to the strength of our model and the relationships we've built."
Venu owns, operates, and develops live entertainment venues across Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Texas.
