Northern Trust adds two relationship managers to New York wealth team

Northern Trust Wealth Management (Nasdaq: NTRS) has hired Gloria Fieldcamp as Senior Lead Relationship Manager and James Le Rose as Senior Relationship Manager in New York, according to a company statement.
Fieldcamp advises founders, entrepreneurs, business owners, executives, and multigenerational and cross-border families on wealth strategies. She previously spent 14 years at Fiduciary Trust International as a Managing Director and Senior Wealth Director, with earlier experience at Merrill Lynch Private Banking and Investment Group and JPMorgan Chase.
Le Rose focuses on wealth strategies for high-net-worth families and brings more than 30 years of experience in wealth management and private banking. He also spent 13 years at Fiduciary Trust International as a Managing Director and previously held senior roles at Chase Manhattan Private Bank and Bessemer Trust.
Both hires report under Katie Nixon, who was named Northeast Region President in 2025.
Wealth Management President Jason Tyler said in the statement: "Gloria and James add the perspective and relationship depth to help clients connect those decisions with clarity and confidence."
Northern Trust Wealth Management reported $534 billion in assets under management as of June 30, 2026. The broader Northern Trust Corporation reported $20.0 trillion in assets under custody and administration and $2.0 trillion in assets under management as of the same date.
