Akamai and Deloitte Canada form cybersecurity alliance

Akamai (NASDAQ: AKAM) announced a strategic alliance with Deloitte Canada aimed at delivering cybersecurity services to organizations in North America, according to a company press release.
The partnership combines Deloitte Canada's cybersecurity advisory and managed services with Akamai's Application Protection Platform, which includes microsegmentation via Akamai Guardicore Segmentation, web application firewall and DDoS protection through Akamai App & API Protector and Akamai Prolexic, and API security tools.
Deloitte Canada holds Elite Tier Global Systems Integrator partner status with Akamai. The firm was also named Akamai's 2025 North America Services Provider of the Year.
Under the alliance, Deloitte Canada will guide organizations through implementation of the Akamai platform, covering security architecture, compliance alignment, and cloud migration support.
