SealingTech wins $750M cyber defense contract from U.S. Cyber Command

Sealing Technologies (SealingTech), a subsidiary of Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN), has received a five-year, sole-source Other Transaction Agreement from United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) for full-rate production of the Joint Cyber Hunt Kit (JCHK), valued at up to $750 million.

SealingTech is the sole prime contractor for the agreement. The JCHK is described as a standardized, rapidly deployable defensive cyber platform designed for Joint Cyber Protection Teams. The system is built to provide full security operations center functionality in a mobile, self-contained format, enabling detection, analysis, and response to cyber threats on U.S. and allied networks.

According to the press release, the JCHK replaces fragmented, military service-specific kits with a unified joint platform intended to improve interoperability and mission readiness. The system includes expanded storage, faster processing, and integrated analytics capabilities, and was co-developed with key allies.

Parsons noted that its Cyber and Electronic Warfare market segment accounts for more than 20% of the company's total revenue.
