IsoEnergy signs exploration agreement with Kineepik Métis Local

IsoEnergy Ltd. (NYSE American: ISOU) (TSX: ISO) has entered into an exploration agreement with Kineepik Métis Local Inc., a body representing Métis rights holders in the Kineepik Use and Occupancy Area, including members and residents of Pinehouse, Saskatchewan, according to a company statement.
The agreement establishes a framework for engagement, information sharing and collaboration as IsoEnergy advances uranium exploration in the area. It also provides for Kineepik community members and businesses to participate in exploration activities through employment, business and training opportunities.
Philip Williams, CEO and Director of IsoEnergy, said the agreement "formalizes our relationship with Kineepik and establishes a clear framework for ongoing engagement as we advance exploration across our Saskatchewan portfolio."
Mike Natomagan, President of Kineepik Métis Local, described the agreement as "a milestone for Kineepik," adding that it ensures the community is involved in exploration that affects their territory and "outlines how we will stay informed" and gives members "a voice in exploration."
IsoEnergy holds uranium assets in Canada, the United States and Australia, and is advancing its Larocque East project in Canada's Athabasca Basin.
