CXApp Inc. (NASDAQ: CXAI), an enterprise AI platform company based in Palo Alto, California, announced a multi-year agreement with an unidentified Fortune 100 global financial services company valued at more than $2.5 million in total contract value.
According to a press release, the customer selected CXAI's Workplace Experience Platform following a competitive evaluation. The platform will be deployed across the client's global office portfolio.
The deployment will include workspace and meeting room reservation tools, enterprise workflow orchestration, digital wayfinding and mapping, and workplace analytics covering utilization, occupancy, and booking activity.
The company said three factors contributed to its selection: its agentic AI product offering and roadmap, its ability to integrate within complex enterprise technology environments, and its experience serving large global organizations.
"This is an important win for CXAI — a Fortune 100 global enterprise, more than $2.5 million in contracted value and a platform designed to ultimately support all their employees worldwide," said Khurram Sheikh, Chairman and CEO of CXAI.
The agreement adds to CXAI's existing customer base of Fortune 1000 companies across technology, financial services, healthcare, consumer, and media and entertainment sectors.
