Kite Realty Group names new VP of capital markets and IR

Kite Realty Group (NYSE: KRG) has appointed Cooper Clark as Vice President of Capital Markets and Investor Relations, according to a press release from the Indianapolis-based real estate investment trust.

Clark joins KRG after seven years on the sell-side covering REITs, most recently as Vice President and lead analyst covering the Retail and Lodging REIT sectors in equity research at Wells Fargo Securities. In his new role, he will focus on engagement with the investment community and will support the company's capital allocation decisions and strategic investments.

KRG owns and operates 165 open-air shopping centers and mixed-use assets in the U.S., comprising approximately 26.4 million square feet of gross leasable space, as of June 30, 2026.
