CCC Intelligent Solutions shares jump on takeover report

Investing.com -- CCC Intelligent Solutions shares climbed more than 8% in late trading on Tuesday following a Bloomberg report indicating that Copart is among potential buyers considering an acquisition of the software company.

Copart shares briefly spiked lower, trading 0.6% down following the report.
