Alpha Compute names three executives to lead infrastructure growth

Alpha Compute Corp. (Nasdaq: ALP) announced three executive appointments to support its Global Infrastructure Business, according to a press release dated Aug. 17, 2026.
Christopher Freytes has been named Chief Information Security Officer. Freytes holds a Master of Science in Cyber Security from Brown University and concurrently serves as a Warrant Officer in Cyber Defense Operations for the U.S. Air National Guard.
Tom Richer has been appointed Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Global Infrastructure Business. Richer had served on the company's Advisory Board since April 2026 and holds an MBA from Cornell University. He will oversee sales, deal structuring, delivery, and customer success, and will lead go-to-market execution for Alpha / Sovereign, the company's enterprise and government contracting division.
Sam Ibrahim has been appointed Vice President of Channel Partnerships for the Global Infrastructure Business, where he will manage strategic partnerships across OEM, channel, and alliance ecosystems. Ibrahim holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Pace University.
The company stated that its Global Infrastructure sales pipeline exceeds $1.5 billion. CEO Brittany Kaiser said the appointments are intended to support the company's transition from cluster construction to enterprise delivery at scale.
Alpha Compute describes itself as a GPU infrastructure and confidential-compute technology company. It is domiciled in the British Virgin Islands with offices in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Amsterdam, and Toronto.
