Other Events

Cure of Nasdaq Bid Price Deficiency

On August 17, 2026, Lexaria Bioscience Corp. (the “Company”) received a letter from the Hearings Advisor of The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) advising that the Nasdaq Listings Qualifications Staff had confirmed that the Company had regained compliance with the bid price requirement in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Consequently, the previously requested hearing has been cancelled and the Company’s Common Stock will continue to be listed and trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
