CleanCore Solutions to rename itself Zone Frontier Inc. on Aug. 31

CleanCore Solutions, Inc. (NYSE American: ZONE) announced plans to change its corporate name to Zone Frontier Inc., with the change set to take effect at 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 31, 2026.

The company has submitted a Certificate of Amendment to its Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State specifying the delayed effective date. The common stock will continue to trade on NYSE American under the ticker symbol "ZONE" following the name change.

The company said existing stockholders are not required to take any action, and all outstanding stock certificates and book-entry positions will remain valid. The name change will not affect stockholder rights.

Tyler Hassen, Chief Executive Officer, said in a statement: "Our rebrand to Zone Frontier reflects the evolution of our business and strategic direction, as well as our commitment to developing next-generation data center campuses for the world's leading AI and technology companies."

The company said it intends to file a Current Report on Form 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission upon effectiveness of the Certificate of Amendment.
