Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) announced it has signed a three-year Memorandum of Understanding with Exabytes Group, a digital solutions provider based in Southeast Asia. The agreement was signed on August 13 at the Exabytes GROW AI Summit 2026 in Kuala Lumpur.
Under the MoU, the two companies plan to explore integrating Aurora Mobile's AI platforms — EngageLab, a customer engagement platform, and GPTBots.ai, an enterprise AI agent platform — across Exabytes' business network. The collaboration is intended to support Exabytes' stated goal of equipping one million businesses with AI capabilities by 2030.
The planned co-development efforts include localized smart customer service tools for small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as private hybrid AI infrastructure for larger enterprises and government organizations.
"As we work towards our goal of empowering one million businesses with AI by 2030, partnerships with technology providers such as Aurora Mobile can help us accelerate the practical adoption of AI across our ecosystem," said Chan Kee Siak, Founder and CEO of Exabytes Group.
Aurora Mobile CEO Weidong Luo delivered a keynote address at the summit, attended by over 500 industry leaders. "Businesses in Southeast Asia need more than a chatbot — they need AI that can act within their existing systems," Luo said. "This partnership brings together Exabytes' regional reach with our agentic AI capabilities to bridge the gap between AI ambition and execution."
Aurora Mobile states its platform supports multi-lingual AI agents with sentiment analysis, cross-conversation memory, and integration with ERP and CRM systems. The information in this article is based on a press release issued by Aurora Mobile.
