Cable One names Heather McCallion as chief operating officer

Cable One, Inc. (NYSE: CABO) has appointed Heather McCallion as Chief Operating Officer, with an expected start date of August 24, 2026, the company announced.
In the role, McCallion will oversee residential sales and marketing, customer experience, customer care, field operations and digital transformation across all of the company's regions.
McCallion most recently served as Chief Experience Officer at WideOpenWest, Inc. (WOW!). Before that, she held several executive roles at Breezeline, formerly known as Atlantic Broadband, including Vice President and General Manager of the company's Florida markets and Vice President of New Business and Business Transformation. The company said she has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience in broadband and telecommunications.
"Cable One has built an outstanding company because of its talented associates and unwavering focus on customers," McCallion said. "I'm excited to build on that momentum, continue improving the customer experience and ensure we're delivering the reliable, high-quality service our customers count on every day."
Cable One CEO Jim Holanda said in a statement: "Her extensive experience will help us continue building a stronger company for our customers, associates and shareholders."
Cable One serves approximately one million residential and business customers across 24 states under the Sparklight brand.
