Mercer, a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), and Compa, an AI compensation software provider, have announced a strategic alliance to integrate Mercer's compensation data into Compa's Analyst Agent platform.
The partnership allows Compa clients to access Mercer's compensation benchmarks and market pricing data directly within the Analyst Agent tool, which is designed to fit into existing workflows used by enterprise compensation and recruiting teams. The combined offering is intended to support market-informed pay decisions, accelerate research, and produce executive-ready analysis.
"Boards and executives increasingly expect compensation to be handled with precision at scale," said Stephanie Penner, Mercer's US and Canada Career Practice Leader. "This strategic alliance gives our mutual clients the ability to meet that expectation, with specialized guidance accessible across their organization."
"We built Analyst Agent to fit into the workflows enterprise compensation and recruiting teams already use," said Charlie Franklin, Co-founder and CEO of Compa. "Together with Mercer, we're using AI to scale compensation insights across the business."
Mercer operates as part of Marsh, which reported annual revenue of $27 billion and employs more than 95,000 people globally, advising clients in 130 countries. Compa serves enterprise compensation teams across sectors including technology, life sciences, finance, retail, and manufacturing.
