Healthcare Triangle reports revenue of $9.19M in Q2 2026

Healthcare Triangle, Inc. (Nasdaq: HCTI) reported second-quarter revenue of $9.19 million for the period ended June 30, 2026, a 158% increase from $3.56 million in Q2 2025, according to a company press release.

Gross profit rose 322% year over year to $2.07 million, up from $0.49 million in the same quarter a year earlier. Gross margin expanded to 22.5% from 13.8% in Q2 2025.

The company attributed the growth primarily to its January 2026 acquisition of Teyame 360 S.L. and Datono Mediacion S.L., conducted through its subsidiary Teyame AI Holdings Inc. The acquired businesses, which operate as an AI-powered omnichannel customer engagement and financial distribution platform, contributed $6.31 million in revenue during the quarter, representing approximately 69% of total Q2 2026 revenue. The Customer Engagement Services segment generated $1.64 million in gross profit at a gross margin of approximately 26%.

For the first half of 2026, total revenue reached $19.05 million, up 162% from $7.26 million in H1 2025. First-half gross profit was $4.46 million, a 444% increase from $0.82 million, with gross margin at 23.4% compared to 11.3% a year earlier.

Total stockholders' equity climbed to $49.1 million as of June 30, 2026, from $9.9 million as of December 31, 2025.

Chief Financial Officer David Ayanoglou said, "Our second quarter results demonstrate that the strong performance we saw immediately following the Teyame and Datono acquisition was not a one-time event. The Customer Engagement Services segment again contributed nearly $6.31 million in revenue and $1.64 million in gross profit during the quarter and remains a key driver of our gross margin expansion."
