Investing.com -- Cencora confirmed its full-year fiscal 2026 adjusted diluted earnings per share guidance range of $17.75 to $17.95 on Tuesday, maintaining the outlook it previously announced.
The company's shares fell roughly 4.8% following the announcement.
Cencora disclosed that starting July 1, certain Walgreens volume moved outside the company's operations, separate from the existing prime vendor agreement. The company said its prime vendor agreement with Walgreens remains unchanged and represents the vast majority of the related business.
The volume shift from Walgreens was fully contemplated in Cencora's August 5 commentary, according to the company.
The reaffirmation was disclosed through an 8-K filing on Tuesday, signed by Chief Financial Officer Eva C. Boratto.
