YY Group launches logistics subsidiary, names managing director
YY Group Holding Limited (NASDAQ: YYGH) announced the incorporation of YY Logitech Pte. Ltd., a new subsidiary based in Singapore expected to focus on logistics, relocation, workforce solutions, and technology-enabled supply chain services, according to a press release.
Alongside the launch, YY Logitech appointed Sunther Manoher as Managing Director. Manoher has over 15 years of experience in logistics, e-commerce, international relocation, and manpower sectors. He previously served as Sales and Operations Director at Prospect Logistics, a Singapore-based logistics services provider, and as Managing Director at Olympia Moving Services.
"By integrating YY Group's digital frameworks with my logistics and workforce management experience, YY Logitech expects to develop scalable solutions across workforce deployment, transport coordination, and digital logistics management," Manoher said.
YY Group said the subsidiary plans to develop digital platforms connecting logistics providers with transport partners, on-demand labor, and value-added services. The company added that further announcements regarding partnerships, technology initiatives, and expanded service offerings are expected in the coming months.
YY Group Holding is headquartered in Singapore and operates an AI-enabled workforce management platform and integrated facility management business across Asia.
