WEC Energy Group (NYSE: WEC) announced that Caroline Garcia will join the company as Vice President and Controller, effective August 31, 2026.
Garcia, 50, was appointed under an agreement dated August 5, 2026. She currently serves as Director of Audit Services at TXNM Energy, an energy holding company serving customers in New Mexico and Texas, a role she has held since 2024.
Before joining TXNM Energy, Garcia spent nearly 25 years at KPMG LLP, from 1999 to 2024, where she was an Audit Partner focused primarily on the energy, utility, and natural resources sectors. She is a Certified Public Accountant.
