WTW (NASDAQ: WTW) has appointed Jayne Bok as Head of Hong Kong and Macau, effective immediately, according to a company statement.
Bok will retain her existing role as Head of Investments, Asia, while taking on the additional responsibilities of leading WTW's business operations in the two markets. In her expanded role, she will work with leaders across WTW's Health, Wealth & Career and Risk & Broking segments to support client management and business growth in the region.
Bok currently chairs the Board of Directors at CAIA Association and holds both Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designations. She has more than 25 years of industry experience and has held several senior leadership roles at WTW.
Luke Ware, Head of Asia at WTW, said the appointment "reflects our continued commitment to investing in market leadership, strengthening client relationships and delivering integrated solutions."
Bok noted that WTW has been serving clients in Hong Kong for over 50 years.
