Addus HomeCare Corporation (Nasdaq: ADUS) announced that Heather Dixon, who served as President and Chief Operating Officer, has left the company. Brad Bickham, a former President and Chief Operating Officer at Addus, will return to the COO role on an interim basis for a period of one year, effective immediately.
Dirk Allison, CEO of Addus HomeCare, thanked Dixon for her contributions, noting her service both as a director and as part of executive management. No reason was given for her departure.
Bickham previously held the president and COO roles at Addus and is credited in the company's statement with helping grow its personal care platform, expanding into hospice and home health services, and contributing to the company's acquisition strategy.
Addus HomeCare provides personal care, hospice, and home health services to approximately 62,500 consumers through 264 locations across 24 states. The company's clients include federal, state, and local government agencies, managed care organizations, commercial insurers, and private individuals.
