Wave Life Sciences moves its parent company from Singapore to Delaware

Wave Life Sciences (NASDAQ: WVE) announced the completion of its redomiciliation, changing its parent company from a Singapore-incorporated entity to a Delaware corporation.
The redomiciliation was completed after the close of trading on Aug. 7, 2026. At that time, all issued ordinary shares of Wave Life Sciences Ltd. were exchanged on a one-for-one basis for newly issued shares of common stock of Wave Life Sciences, Inc. The newly issued common stock began trading on the Nasdaq on Aug. 10, 2026, under the existing ticker symbol "WVE."
The process was carried out through a statutory scheme of arrangement under Section 210 of the Companies Act 1967 of Singapore.
According to the company's statement, Wave does not anticipate any material impact to its employees or its day-to-day business as a result of the redomiciliation.
