Globant (NYSE: GLOB) has introduced Glob.AI, a self-service platform that allows enterprises to access and deploy AI-driven technology services, the company announced.
The platform delivers what Globant calls "AI Pods" — service units operated by AI agents and supervised by human experts, each specialized by task and industry. Pricing is tied to outputs or consumption rather than hourly rates or per-seat licenses.
"Until today, enterprises could not buy technology services this way: instantly, transparently, paying only for results," said Guibert Englebienne, co-founder of Globant.
Globant says the AI Pods model is at least 30% more productive than a typical engineer-plus-AI approach, though the company did not specify how that figure was measured. The platform also includes a Token Vault feature that the company says keeps client data from being used to train external AI models.
According to the press release, Globant began deploying AI Pods in mid-2025 and reports early results from several clients. FIFA recorded a 20% efficiency increase in throughput generation, YPF reduced contract timelines by up to 40%, PharmaMar achieved 15x faster insights in oncology research, and an unnamed commercial bank completed a COBOL migration in two months compared to a projected 14 months using traditional methods.
Glob.AI integrates with platforms from partners including Anthropic, AWS, OpenAI, Google Cloud Platform, Adobe, Azure, Vercel, SAP, and Salesforce.
Organizations can join a waiting list for early access to the platform's catalog of agentic workflows. Globant employs more than 28,500 people across 35 countries.
