August 6, 2026 8:00 AM EDT

Cognyte Software Ltd. (NASDAQ: CGNT) announced a three-year subscription agreement valued at approximately $5 million with a national security agency in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region, according to a press release.

The agreement expands the unnamed agency's use of Cognyte's analytics platform to handle growing data volumes across its investigations. The deal also provides the agency with continuous access to new capabilities as they are released.

Elad Sharon, Chief Executive Officer of Cognyte, said the agency "has relied on Cognyte to deliver the latest intelligence technology" and is choosing to deepen the partnership as it faces "more sophisticated adversaries and growing security needs."

Cognyte described expanding with existing customers as central to its growth strategy. The company is headquartered in Herzliya, Israel, and provides analytics solutions to law enforcement, national security, and military intelligence agencies.
