Shift4 Payments (FOUR) Tops Q2 EPS by 8c; misses on guidance

Shift4 Payments (NYSE: FOUR) reported Q2 EPS of $1.32, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $1.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $624 million versus the consensus estimate of $614.84 million.

GUIDANCE:

Shift4 Payments sees Q3 2026 revenue of $650 million.

Shift4 Payments sees FY2026 revenue of $2.48-2.53 billion, versus the consensus of $2.6 billion.
