Cheche Group Inc. (NASDAQ: CCG) announced it received written notification from Nasdaq on August 4, 2026, confirming the company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2).
Nasdaq determined that the closing bid price of Cheche Group's Class A ordinary shares remained at or above $1.00 per share for 10 consecutive business days, from July 21, 2026 through August 3, 2026.
The compliance issue began on January 12, 2026, when Nasdaq notified the company that its Class A ordinary shares had closed below $1.00 per share for 30 consecutive business days. The company was initially given 180 calendar days, until July 13, 2026, to resolve the deficiency. On July 14, 2026, Nasdaq granted an additional 180-calendar-day compliance period, extending the deadline to January 11, 2027, after the company indicated its intention to pursue a reverse stock split if necessary.
Nasdaq has confirmed the matter is now closed. The information in this article is based on a press release issued by Cheche Group Inc.
