Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE American: VENU) provided a construction update on two amphitheater developments: Regent Bank Amphitheater in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney, Texas.
Regent Bank Amphitheater is targeting a fall 2026 completion. According to the company, the roofing system, heating technology, exterior hospitality buildings, artist compound, stage build-out, and on-site parking are complete. Wind wall steel erection, site walls, grading at the upper bowl, and concrete terraces above the Aikman Club are also finished. Remaining work includes restrooms, cooling stations, food and beverage equipment installation, and the seating bowl, with those elements expected to be completed in August.
Sunset Amphitheater in McKinney has a targeted completion of the first quarter of 2027. The parking structure is largely complete, the main canopy decking is more than halfway finished, and structural steel is partially complete across the seating bowl. Construction is now focused on enclosing the venue's remaining buildings and completing the canopy roofing system.
Venu stated it currently operates two entertainment campuses, has multiple properties under active construction, and has additional venues in various stages of development across the country.
