Thryv posts Q2 2026 loss, announces restructuring and new platform

Thryv Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: THRY) reported a net loss of $16.7 million, or $(0.38) per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2026, compared with net income of $13.9 million, or $0.31 per diluted share, in the same period a year earlier, according to a company press release.
Total revenue for the quarter was $150.7 million, down from $210.5 million in the second quarter of 2025. SaaS revenue was $114.5 million, a decrease of 0.5% year-over-year, and represented 76% of total revenue. Marketing Services revenue was $36.2 million. SaaS monthly average revenue per unit rose 11.9% year-over-year to $394. The company ended the quarter with 95,000 SaaS clients.
Consolidated Adjusted EBITDA was $20.8 million, representing a margin of 13.8%, compared with $51.2 million in the prior-year quarter. The company also announced a restructuring plan expected to result in total charges of approximately $20 million to $25 million. About 10% of those charges have already been incurred, with approximately 40% expected in the second half of 2026 and the remaining 50% in 2027. The company said gross annualized cost savings upon completion are anticipated to reach $55 million to $60 million, with savings beginning in 2027.
Thryv also announced a partnership with Ooma and said it plans to establish a strategic partnership with Wix. The company launched what it called the Thryv Growth Platform, a unified software offering for small businesses.
For the third quarter of 2026, Thryv guided SaaS revenue of $111 million to $112 million and SaaS Adjusted EBITDA of $8.5 million to $9.5 million. Full-year 2026 SaaS revenue guidance was set at $453 million to $457 million, with full-year SaaS Adjusted EBITDA of $42 million to $44 million.
