Quanta Services prices $2B senior notes offering across three tranches

Quanta Services, Inc. (NYSE: PWR) has priced a $2 billion senior notes offering in three tranches, according to a press release from the Houston-based company.
The offering consists of $500 million of 4.850% senior notes due 2029, priced at 99.950% of face value; $750 million of 5.300% senior notes due 2033, priced at 99.757% of face value; and $750 million of 5.550% senior notes due 2036, priced at 99.696% of face value.
The offering is expected to close on August 6, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Quanta said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes, including repayment of outstanding borrowings under its commercial paper program and senior credit facility.
BofA Securities, Wells Fargo Securities, and J.P. Morgan Securities acted as joint book-running managers across all three tranches, alongside several other financial institutions including PNC Capital Markets, Truist Securities, and BMO Capital Markets.
The offering is being made under a shelf registration statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 2, 2024.
