QTS signs 77,000 sq ft office lease at Comstock's Reston Station
Comstock Holding Companies (Nasdaq: CHCI) announced that QTS Data Centers has signed a long-term office lease for 77,000 square feet at 1800 Reston Row Plaza in Reston, Virginia.
The lease covers the entirety of the 11th, 12th, and 13th floors of the building, which is part of Comstock's Reston Station mixed-use development. QTS will use the space as its headquarters.
"As QTS continues to grow, we are making long-term investments in our people that support our growth plans and provide an unparalleled employee experience. Reston Station's premier location, accessibility and vibrant business community make it an ideal home for our headquarters," said Tag Greason, Co-Chief Executive Officer of QTS.
David Robey, Co-Chief Executive Officer of QTS, said the company looks forward to "creating a workplace that supports collaboration, connection and continued innovation for years to come."
Reston Station spans approximately 90 acres surrounding the Wiehle-Reston East Station on Metro's Silver Line. Other tenants at the development include Google, Booz Allen Hamilton, ICF International, and CARFAX.
The financial terms of the lease were not disclosed. The announcement was made in a press release from Comstock.
