Marcus & Millichap Declares Regular Semi-Annual Dividend of $0.25 Per Share

CALABASAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Marcus & Millichap Inc. (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular semi-annual dividend of $0.25 per share, or approximately $10.0 million. The dividend will be payable on October 6, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2026. Any and all future dividends are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
