The Home Depot (NYSE: HD) announced a series of leadership portfolio changes on July 30, 2026, restructuring key areas of its organization across merchandising, loyalty, finance, pro services, and technology.
The company said it has merged its private label merchants into its core merchandising organization, now led by Billy Bastek, executive vice president of merchandising. Jordan Broggi, EVP of interconnected retail, will oversee a unified group combining customer experience, online, financial services, and loyalty teams.
The Home Depot also announced it is renaming its Office of Integration to the Office of Pro Acceleration, which will be led by Richard McPhail, EVP and chief financial officer. The office will coordinate across Home Depot Pro, HD Supply, SRS, and Construction Resources, with a focus on shared customer relationship management, a shared product catalog, and fulfillment operations. The company said the Pro customer segment represents approximately $700 billion in total addressable market.
On the technology side, store, supply chain, and Pro product technology teams will move under Fran Bell, who was appointed EVP and chief technology officer earlier in 2026. Bell's organization already includes AI, data science, product management, and user experience functions.
"We are aligning our organization to further support this strategy, enable smarter, faster innovation and create a more seamless customer experience for DIY and Pro customers," said Ted Decker, chair, president and CEO.
At the end of the first quarter of fiscal 2026, Home Depot operated 2,361 retail stores and over 1,280 SRS locations, with more than 470,000 employees. The company cited a total addressable market of $1.2 trillion for home improvement.
