Inno Holdings stock set to resume trading on Nasdaq after halt
Inno Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: INHD) announced that its common stock is expected to resume trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market at the opening of trading on July 31, 2026, following the lifting of a trading halt.
Nasdaq imposed the halt under Code T12 on June 12, 2026, as disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company stated it is not aware of any material, undisclosed corporate developments that would account for the unusual trading activity that triggered the halt.
As of July 29, 2026, the company had 2,520,581 shares of common stock issued and outstanding.
Inno Holdings is a Texas-incorporated holding company that operates as an electronic products trading business through subsidiaries based in Hong Kong.
