Radcom Ltd. (NASDAQ: RDCM) lowered its full-year 2026 revenue guidance, citing customer deployment delays linked to higher component costs and supply constraints, according to a press release issued July 30, 2026.
The Tel Aviv-based company expects second-quarter revenue of approximately $12 million. Management said the shortfall was driven by delayed customer purchasing decisions and not by order cancellations or competitive losses.
"These delays are impacting the purchasing decisions of several of our customers, affecting our second quarter revenue and full year guidance," said Chief Executive Officer Benny Eppstein. "These delays became evident during the last few weeks of the quarter, and, based on what we know today, they could continue to affect the timing of revenue through the balance of 2026."
Radcom revised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to a range of $57 million to $63 million, with a midpoint of $60 million. The company said it expects to remain profitable on a non-GAAP basis for the full year despite the revenue reduction.
Eppstein added that the company expects to return to double-digit growth in 2027.
Radcom is scheduled to release its full second-quarter financial results on August 12, 2026, before U.S. markets open, followed by a conference call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
